Account access
Providers create patient accounts and share sign-in instructions through their practice process. Patient access is connected to the provider-created account.
Patient context and permissions
Appointments, video sessions, clinical notes, treatment plans, messages, assessments, and patient information are organized around the relevant patient profile. Providers review what they enter and share according to their own practice requirements.
Support for account questions
Providers can sign in to use Help & Support for product and account questions. Patients should contact their provider for care, appointment, or access questions.
