Use the scheduling and video tools to keep a remote session organized.
Set the appointment in the provider workspace
Create or review the appointment from your provider workspace so the time is visible with the patient’s other care information.
Confirm appointment details and any practice-specific instructions directly with the patient.
Join from the video session tool
At the scheduled time, open the video-session area from the provider workspace and select the patient or appointment. The patient joins with the account created by their provider.
Before a session, providers can use their own procedures to confirm identity, location, communication preferences, and a backup plan for a technical interruption.
Document follow-up in the appropriate tools
After the session, use the patient workspace for clinical notes, follow-up appointments, and treatment-plan updates when those are part of your workflow.
Sych provides the tools; the provider reviews and owns the clinical decisions and documentation entered into them.
